LESSONS THAT DON'T SUCK !

 YOUR INSTRUCTOR: SCOTT GROVE

Hi folks, Scott Grove here, I've been playing since the age of 9 and in clubs 6 nights a week since the age of 13.  I went on to play with my first group for 12 years.  That band went on the road straight out of high school and quickly hooked up with some big names in the country music arenas.

I continued performing on the largest and smallest stages all over the USA and Canada for the next 20 years.  Performing primarily as a lead guitarist and doubling on pedal steel and harmonica.  Over the years, I picked up several other instruments including keyboards, bass, banjo, lap steel, ukulele, mandolin, fiddle and dobro.

After purchasing several instructional guitar videos along the way from famous artists and the major video lesson distributors, I soon found out that the majority of these lessons actually taught nothing more than the fact that you get a video of the instructor jamming but not teaching.  These videos are still available today.  So I decided to start releasing my own instructional videos that would skip all the B.S. and get right down to the meat and potatoes of teaching real lessons to get my students to where they wanted to be faster and leaving them actually understanding what it is that they are learning.

So, I continue to release all of the videos I can, taking requests for videos from customers and delivering what are by far the best bang for the buck videos anywhere out there.

I don't limit my teachings to simply country music and guitar, I put out lessons on many instruments, styles and genres, and on many levels.

I enjoy passing on everything that I have had to teach myself and I want you to learn as much as you can in as little time as possible as I feel that life is to short to waste all on learning to play music.  Music should be fun, learned quickly so you can enjoy it and so that it can be a great part of your life.  It should not, and does not require a lifetime to learn to play an instrument.

If you are willing to put in the time,  I can have you playing well enough to make a living at playing, if you choose to, within a year or so.  It is actually possible to do so.  If you simply want to learn for your own enjoyment, the same applies, learn at your own pace, there is never a note of sheet music or tablature to have to mess with.  It's a whole new approach to teaching...and nobody out there can do it better.  It's that simple.
