OK, so you claim that your video doesn't work......is it your fault?
Simply put....yes.
I get the following comments from time to time and here's the solution.
My DVD skips, or locks up, or sputters and so on......what are you going to do about it? Well, first I'll send you to this page. The thing is that your laser on your DVD player may have a speck of dust on it or your player is simply old and ready for you to blow another $50.00 for another machine that will last for the next 5 years. See, the thing is that DVD+R DVDs (like you received) are burned videos. Each and every one of them is checked personally by myself before I send it out. 100% of the time when someone has sent one back to me, it has worked flawlessly and I simply sell it to someone else. So, yeah your player is old enough that it needs cleaning or replaced. I know that your store bought DVDs work fine, but you are playing a DVD+R disc and your machine simply is unable to read it. Nothing is wrong with the Disc. Will I send you a new one? Yep, send me your old one and I'll send you another one EXACTLY like the first one.
My ROM disc doesn't work. That would be a big fault on your end. There has never been a single case since I've started this business that any ROM style disc (for computer play only) has ever been faulty. People simply don't know how to play them. Here's how you do it. You click your START menu, select COMPUTER or MY COMPUTER and simply look for the drive that says CD ROM or DVD ROM (whichever version you ordered) and double click that icon and all of the videos on that disc will show up. At that point, just double click the video you want to play and it will start right up. You can copy and paste the videos to a folder on your computer and you won't even need the disc anymore. You can have instant access to your lessons and simply keep the disc for a backup in case of a computer crash or hard drive failure.
